IntReal supports companies in the launch of property funds in accordance with the German Investment Act and advises interested companies during the conception of such fund products.

As we do not administer own funds, we can act without any interests of conflict, neutrally, quickly and efficiently.

Due to our shareholder structure and history, we offer our clients long-standing property and fund expertise as well as detailed and highly-professional know-how in fund administration.
