Via IntReal you can benefit from all the possibilities of a property KAG without having to launch one yourself, thereby gaining access to the capital market and institutional investors.

The services are aimed at international and German asset managers, family offices, project developers and proprietors who are intending to launch funds in accordance with the German Investment Act. In addition, directly held properties can be brought into a property fund (contribution fund).

Existing KAGs can outsource their entire back-office tasks to IntReal.
